At Bouclème, we want you to love your curls, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that do not meet your expectations. Simply ensure the items are at least half-full and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your products in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
